So many bars and restaurants in the area, I didn't have to worry about where to eat. The staff at the reception were helpful and stored my luggage for free. Plaza de Santa Ana had a great selection of tapas bars.
I absolutely loved the fact that the Rastro flea market and Retiro Park were just a short walk away, perfect for some shopping and outdoor relaxation.

So many bars and restaurants in the area, I felt like I was in a never-ending food festival. The staff gave me so much tourist information, I felt like a walking guidebook. Plaza de Santa Ana had enough tapas bars to keep me happy for a lifetime.
Oh, and the 24-hour reception offering free luggage storage was just so inconvenient. Who needs that kind of convenience anyway?

We stayed in one of the most romantic, convenient, and cozy hostels we have ever experienced. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to main attractions and a nearby metro station. the cleanliness of the hostel was exceptional, and the room was cozy and comfortable. the staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating, even arranging a taxi for our early departure. the small balcony was a delightful addition, offering a peaceful space to listen to the birds singing at dawn. the heating in the room was excellent, especially important during the chilly February weather. There were plenty of dining options nearby, adding to the convenience of the location. we had a comfortable and safe stay, and we are grateful to the owner and staff for their excellent care.
Felt so at home, no complaints.

The hostel is perfectly located in the heart of the city and within walking distance of the popular Calle de las Huertas. It is right in the center, making it convenient to explore all the main attractions. The room is clean and comfortable, with a balcony where you can enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings. The bathroom, although small, is well-equipped with all the necessary accessories and clean towels.
The lack of security locks on the room doors was a concern as anyone with another key could easily access the room from the outside. It would be better if additional security locks were added to ensure the safety and peace of mind of the travelers.

Bright rooms with large windows and a small balcony. The room I stayed in felt like a sunny oasis amidst the bustling city, with plenty of natural light to start my day.
Noisy pets in adjacent room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The location was superb, just a short walk from the metro station in the center of town. We were thrilled to be so close to the Prado museum. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though there was a slight language barrier. They made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
Nothing to complain about at all. Everything was perfect.

Mind-blowing location near sights/restaurants, early check-in, friendly staff, private room cheaper than communal hostel for 2, essentials provided.

So many bars and restaurants nearby, I could eat and drink to my heart's content. The staff was helpful, but I had to use hand signals for half of the conversation.
I love playing hide and seek in the wardrobe, but it was too small for me to fit in comfortably.
